What is Triplingo?+
Triplingo is a travel planner for the fun part of getting away. Discover destinations, save places you love, and build a day-by-day itinerary with a little help from Tingo.
Who’s Tingo?+
Tingo is Triplingo’s orange suitcase mascot and your friendly travel expert. Share where you’re going, what you enjoy, and your pace. Tingo suggests an itinerary, and you choose what makes the trip.
Can I change the plan?+
Always. Keep or skip Tingo’s suggestions, add your own places, and move things around. Leave room for a long lunch or a happy detour. Your itinerary is yours to edit.
Does Triplingo book flights or hotels?+
Triplingo focuses on planning your days. Book travel with your preferred provider, then keep your reservation details and other trip essentials together in the app.
Can I learn a few words before my trip?+
Yes. Pick the language for your trip and practise useful phrases through short games, listening and matching. Start with three free chapters, then explore the full phrasebook with Plus.
How do country stamps work?+
Build a personal passport of illustrated country stamps and earn badges as you plan more trips. You collect stamps yourself, so they’re your travel scrapbook, not proof that you’ve visited a country.
Does Tingo require a subscription?+
Personalised planning with Tingo is part of Triplingo Plus and has usage limits. The optional 3-day annual trial includes one Tingo trip. Subscription options and renewal terms will be shown before you subscribe in the app.
When can I download it?+
We’re getting Triplingo ready for iPhone and Android. It isn’t available in the App Store or Google Play just yet. In the meantime, try swiping through places in our Paris trip demo above and meet Tingo.
